Having run my own household and cared for the homes of friends across the Western Cape, I bring a mature, responsible presence that goes beyond basic security. I am committed to a lifestyle of integrity, calm energy, and reverence.

I primarily serve the City of Cape Town municipality. International stays and surrounding towns are warmly welcomed, with travel costs arranged upfront. As a steward of shared mobility, I use public transport and Uber to reach you reliably and responsibly.

General Duties

What you can expect during a stay. Every home has its own routine; these are the baseline standards I hold to.

Pet Companionship

Feeding, fresh water, walks, play, medication routines, and quiet company throughout the day.

Home Stewardship

Plant watering, post collection, bins, general tidiness, and keeping the home lived-in.

Security Presence

Locking up, alarm handling, visible occupancy, and immediate response to anything unusual.

Communication

Daily updates with photos on request, and clear contact for you and your emergency vet.

Terms of Engagement

  1. 01All bookings are confirmed only after an in-person visit or video call to meet you, your home, and your animals.
  2. 02A booking is held as Pending until confirmation, then moved to Booked once agreed in writing.
  3. 03Two-night minimum for a petsitter. Shorter drop-in visits considered separately.
  4. 04Tiered daily rate: R350 for 2–7 days, R325 for 8–14 days, and R300 for 15+ days. Invoiced at the end of the stay unless otherwise agreed.
  5. 05I primarily serve the City of Cape Town municipality. International clients and surrounding towns are welcome; travel costs are by arrangement and I use public transport or Uber as a steward of shared mobility.
  6. 06No parties and no smoking indoors. I may occasionally have a friend or partner over for dinner with prior notice.
  7. 07Any emergency vet or household costs incurred on your behalf are reimbursed on presentation of receipts.
